In Italy the standardized
evaluation is always very lively debated, especially during the period of
administration of INVALSI tests within the schools. To map the opinions
and the beliefs published in the mainstream press and on the main websites and
to follow the trend over time of these an exploratory survey was carried out.
Therefore, we considered a large sample of articles and videos in the period
2012-2018. The results are presented in this work and provide an interesting
food for thought to identify communication strategies to improve the
relationship between school and standardized tests.
