Education and metaverse for didactics and inclusion: opportunities and perspectives


In today's hyper-connected society, the implications of developing one's own identity, experience and collective memory are influenced by algorithms. Everything is interconnected between real and virtual World. In this panorama there is also the world of school and training that has had to adapt, trying not to be found unprepared: virtual classrooms, hybrid and immersive learning. In this context, the Metaverse is introduced. This paper aims to identify what are the opportunities and possible prospects of school and training and what are the ethical and social implications that are the basis of this technological evolution. What sustainability and how it is possible to contribute to the construction of a fair digital society, collaborative communities and the development of inclusive paths accessible to all through the use of the Metaverse.
