The process of school orientation is a central theme in our
post-industrial society. There is an increased need to find new strategy to
orient ourselves. In this way, the school and the persons engaged in
orientation process must find articulated and complex strategies. In this paper
we will try to answer the following questions: “How the school supports and
facilitates orientation process?”; Which culture
orientation is needed? What does it mean to orient in terms of objectives,
strategies and resources for school?
