Fostering a collaborative culture. Data from the SIRD National Survey in Tuscany

The paper presents an in-depth focus on the SIRD national survey on distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic for the Tuscany Region regarding the dimension of collaboration as a strategic asset to co-construct effective educational and teaching practices in all school orders. The observational research focuses on The quality of collaboration activated by teachers with their colleagues, the school principal and the students' families, taking into account three parameters: a) main criticalities observed in their relationships; b) collaboration during distance activities planning and implementation and c) evaluation of the experience when it comes to participation and sharing.  The Tuscan data are in line with the national ones, although with slight differences: collaboration with discipline colleague turns out to be slightly higher except in primary and secondary school, while collaboration with team reveals to be higher in kindergarten and elementary school.
