New pedagogical perspectives to promote integration, between the educational system and the world of work: career education as an opportunity for personal and vocational growth
In function of educational
practice, aimed at supporting the individual in the complex development of
personal growth, guidance is outlined as a continuous process of deconstruction
and reconstruction of one’s existence in a form that is at the same time autopoietic
(the individual is the author of his own project, Savickas, 2011) and relates
to praxis, inspired by action and based on the individuals’
self-regulation (Zimmermann, 1989). In the innovative perspective held by PNRR,
the contribution intends to reflect the potential of an orientation in
educational contexts, as a space in which is possible to promote opportunities
for personal growth, recovering a pedagogical perspective that combines theoretical and
practices, soliciting transformative learning generated in the complexity of
reality.
