NGEU and innovation in the Education and Training system. A comparative study


Abstract:

This paper intends to propose a critical-comparative reading of the main policy measures in the field of innovation in the organization of Public Education and Training Systems in EU countries, as implementation of the NGEU, which allocates significant resources to the innovation of Public Administrations. The article wants to pay attention to a specific sector of the Public Administration, the Education and Training System, which is one of the issues, together with the healthcare system and the welfare state, most widely perceived as strategic for an effective and positive impact of the NGEU.
