Pedagogical Interventions and Person - Training in Social Help Communities in times of uncertainty


The intention of this contribution is to discuss the types of social aid organizations. The reflection aims to identify to what extent a pedagogical approach centered on the person and equipped with the most up-to-date educational reflections can create a quality training system in the helping communities. In light of the interdependencies of the socio-political present aggravated by the pandemic, the argument follows an exposition that takes into account the different ontological trajectories useful for a good design of training practices, such as care, otherness and listening as corrective factors and enabling tools. for innovative learning within the collective social realities of help.
