In
the educational applications of multimedia and virtual reality there is a work
of redefinition of the principles relating to the construction of learning environments,
and of the role assumed by digital instruments in attributing significance to
real life contexts. digital skills education, an element that characterizes
youth cultures, as well as a tool for promoting a new citizenship; designing
and evaluating digital learning environments thus becomes the tool for creating
a new life project for digital natives. In the present essay we then proceed to
examine the scenarios created in teaching by the introduction of media
education, thus referring to some tools for assessing digital skills.
