The dialogue continues: Voices from the community

Abstract:

This paper is based on a qualitative study conducted through in-depth interviews with managers and referent persons of social institutions and territorial communities. The aim is to evaluate the initial impact of university-work meetings and to verify if theoretical reflections in the classroom have influenced operational practices. The research explores the influence of university-work dialogue on professional practice in a context of rapid socio-economic and technological change. University-work interactions are catalysts for innovation, but there is a need to develop strategies to support the implementation of new practices. Future research should analyse barriers to change and identify replicable models of success. Continuous dialogue and joint commitment are also essential to promote positive change in professional practices.
