The effects of online learning on university students: an exploratory survey

This contribution is dealing with the issue of online teaching in the Degree Course in Primary Education Sciences (SFP) at the University of Bari. An exploratory approach was adopted for the research, centered on students’ perceptions and opinions with reference to the latest ways of conducting courses, due to the Covid-19 health emergency in the a.y. 2020-2021. A survey including the submission of an online questionnaire was initiated, based on the additional services offered and the practices implemented at the institutional level. The objective is the detection of all those aspects that have modified the teaching-learning processes, also at motivational level. It is therefore necessary to pay special attention to the student, managing his motivation and attention: it is not just a matter of “broadcasting the lesson”, but of studying and implementing a real script (Rivoltella, 2020).
