The standardized evaluation told on the net. An Analysis of the open access articles


Abstract

With the spread of online channels, the way in which the information is produced and used have changed. This also applies to the debate that accompanies school issues and, in particular, to standardized assessment. INVALSI with its annual surveys on learning achievement offers at the media a wide range of materials that are also very different in style and content, which feed the debate on this issue. The study that is presented reconstructs a mapping of the online articles that appeared over a period of about 6 years in the major national newspapers and some magazines dedicated to schools. They are then observed and analyzed through a series of salient and the way in which they are told.
